Voice AI Calling Agents

I build voice AI agents that answer your phone, understand the caller, book or log what they need, and hand the call to a person when they should.

What problem does this solve?

Missed calls are missed customers. Your team cannot answer every call, especially after hours, and simple repeat questions take up the calls they do answer.

What do I build?

  • An AI voice agent that answers incoming calls in a natural voice
  • Answers to common questions, taken from your own information
  • Bookings and call notes written into your calendar and CRM
  • A clean handoff to a person when the caller needs one

How does it work?

In 5 steps, from “A call comes in” to “It hands off to a person”.

  1. A call comes inDay or night, the line is answered.
  2. AI answersIt greets the caller and asks how it can help.
  3. It understands and repliesQuestions are answered from your own information.
  4. It books and logs itAppointments go into your calendar, notes into your CRM.
  5. It hands off to a personWhen the caller needs a human, the call is passed on.

Which tools do I use?

  • Claude
  • ChatGPT
  • Phone numbers & call routing
  • Speech-to-text & text-to-speech
  • Your calendar
  • Your CRM

Where have I done this before?

I do not have a public case study for this one yet. On a call, I will walk you through how it would work with your systems.

What else do people ask?

Will callers know they are talking to AI?

That is your choice, and I recommend being upfront. The agent can introduce itself as an assistant and offer a person at any point.

What happens when the AI cannot help?

It hands the call to a person, or takes a message and logs it, based on rules you set.

Can a voice agent book appointments?

Yes. It can check your calendar, book a slot and record the details in your CRM.

Can it answer calls outside business hours?

Yes. It answers whenever it is switched on, so after-hours calls are answered instead of missed.
